Workplace investigations are conducted to address allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or other violations of employment contracts, company policies or laws. These investigations aim to gather information, statements and evidence, interview relevant parties, and make factual determinations to inform disciplinary actions, findings and recommendations for corrective measures.
